BOCO FIT Disposable Underwear meets the BOCO FIT design principles. It can be made with absorbent cores targeted towards urine or menses – and can include a new-to-the-world bowel movement or faeces capturing element.

BOCO FIT Design

BOCO FIT Design stands for disposable underwear which is assembled from multiple web materials by employing “darting” like textile manufacturing. This allows to produce underwear conforming to the complex body contour without designed-in waste.

Absorbent Underwear

Hygiene products comprise absorbent cores which can store body liquids like urine and menses. BOCO FIT underwear in combination with very thin ARCBOND storage cores is “absorbent underwear” which truly deserves this title.

If desired BOCO FIT underwear can also be made in combination with conventional absorbent core technologies

Clean-Skin-Feature

Separation of urine and faeces from each other and even more so from the skin of a wearer over the full wear time is not only important for skin care and protection but also eases the job of caregiver.

Size range from newborn to nXL

The “web stacking production technology” enables darting and making of the full product size range for open tape diapers as well as closed pants style products on a single converter.

Even products for highly adipose people (waist circumference > 60 inches) can be made easily.
